Actress Zareen Khan's mother, Parveen Khan, passed away on Wednesday in Mumbai after battling a longterm illness. The family issued a short official statement confirming the news. The funeral is scheduled for today, April 8, at 10 am in Versova, Mumbai. Family’s statement The statement read, "This is to inform that our beloved Ms Parveen Khan, mother of Zareen Khan and Sana Khan, has departed peacefully to her heavenly abode on the 8th of April (sic)." The family has requested privacy during this difficult period. Zareen’s sister Sana Khan is also mourning their mother.
